Perfect Cornbread Everytime

1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Corn Meal
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Sugar or Honey
1 Large Egg
1 cup Milk
1/2 Stick Butter melted and cooled
1/2 Stick Butter as is

•Preheat oven to 425*F
•While oven is heating place cast iron skillet on stove on med heat and melt the 1/2 stick of solid butter
•Mix all other ingredients (dry first then wet including 1/2 stick melted butter)
•Once skillet is hot and butter is melted (not brown) add mixture to skillet and place in oven
•Cook for 20-22 mins or until done
