Basic Muffin Recipe

3 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 TBL Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
2 Eggs
1 Stick Butter, melted and cooled

•Heat oven to 375*F
•Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
•Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl
•Fold wet into dry
•Place into greased muffin pan
•Bake 25-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean

This is a basic base you can fold whatever you like into batter like Blueberries, etc
