Christmas Cranberry Pudding
2- 3 oz boxes of raspberry jello dissolved in 1 1/2 cup boiling water.
Add l large can of crushed pineapple, 1 can whole cranberry sauce, 1 cup chopped pecans, and 1/2 cup of sugar. Let jello congeal
Mix together and 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar. Spread this mixture on top of congealed jello. Sprinkle top with chopped pecans.
